Reconnect is a zero-profit event coordinated by dedicated fans and community members. All funds from event badges, merch purchases, and donations are used directly to fund the event.

The majority of Reconnect financing comes from badge sales, but not all of it does. The prices of badges are kept below cost because we want the Reconnect experience to be affordable to as many members of the Kingdom Hearts community as possible.

The remaining event costs are covered by sponsorship - financial donations by individuals. These donors allow us to bring Reconnect to life, connecting Kingdom Hearts community members from across the world, and we appreciate each and every one of you. Individuals or communities who donate $50 or more to our Sponsorship fund will have their name or community name printed on all Reconnect 2025 event t-shirts.

If you are a content creator who would like to fundraise with your online community to make a sponsorship donation as a group, you can find instructions on how to do that here.

We (KHGuides and MrsKHGuides) take our roles as primary patrons of Reconnect very seriously, so we will be personally matching all donations up to $5000 made to the Reconnect Sponsorship fund.
