Players can unlock a secret ending cutscene in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix by completing specific in-game tasks. If unlocked, the secret ending will play after the game credits and epilogue cutscene (before you see the "The End" screen).

Unlocking the Secret Ending(s)
There are two versions of the secret ending available to unlock, depending on your chosen game difficulty setting and after clearing additional in-game requirements. Each secret ending has segments that are unique to that version, so it's worth watching them both!
After each secret ending is unlocked, you can rewatch them at any time from the Theater Mode available from the game's main menu.
Another Side, Another Story...
"Another Side, Another Story..." is the shorter version of the secret ending. This can be viewed after clearing the game on Final Mix or Proud mode difficulty if the player has cleared the following requirements:

Another Side, Another Story [deep dive]
"Another Side, Another Story [deep dive]" is the extended version of the secret ending. This can be viewed after clearing the game on Final Mix or Proud mode difficulty if the player has cleared the following requirements:

| Proud | ✔ Complete all story episodes. 1 ✔ Clear the Hades Cup with the entire party at Olympus Coliseum. |
1 In order to complete all available story episodes, you must seal the Keyhole in each of these worlds: Traverse Town, Wonderland, Olympus Coliseum, Deep Jungle, Agrabah, Atlantica, Halloween Town, Neverland, and Hollow Bastion. A 
symbol will appear on the world map next to the name of each world you have completed. You must also complete the story episode in Monstro by defeating Parasite Cage II (a 
symbol will appear on the world map next to Monstro's name), and complete all five mini-games within the five Torn Pages of the Hundred Acre Wood.
